ORDERPlacing an order means that you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Orders can be cancelled up to the day that they are completed. Orders are processed as soon as possible after receipt so if you wish to cancel please call without delay to 07917 367130. Personalised and bespoke cards cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed. PRICES Each card is individually handmade to order, and therefore there may be some slight variation on the design if you are comparing a card image on screen to the card you actually receive. Materials may be substituted for similar, colours slightly different, but the ethos of the card will remain the same. Boxes of cards may be packaged in different boxes to those shown on the site. Cards are size C6 and are supplied with a co-ordinating envelope, placed in a cellophane sleeve. Prices and any delivery costs will be as stated and will include value added tax if applicable and any other applicable taxes if the delivery address is outside the European Union. Dottie Designs reserve the right to increase the prices of the products periodically to reflect increased costs. DELIVERY Orders of Dottie Designs cards will be processed asap. This will depend upon the volume of your order and can also be afftected by seasonal requirements. Bespoke cards will take slightly longer especially if you are asking for something unusual where materials need to be sourced. Please factor this into the timing for ordering a card. Sign & Send cards will be despatched on the date that you have requested. Royal Mail First Class Post is used for UK deliveries. We use Royal Mail Airmail for delivery abroad and they aim to deliver to European destinations within three working days and worldwide within five. Cards are packaged to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition and on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, delayed or damaged as they pass through the postal system. RETURNS/COMPLAINTS

Please contact us at info@dottiedesigns.co.uk. Return the card or cards unopened and in their original condition within 28 days, and we will ensure that you receive a full refund.
We are not able to accept return of personalised or bespoke cards. SAFETY Some of our cards are not suitable for handling by children under 4 years . This is due to small parts which may become loose and cause a choking hazard. |
